Looks like things have settled back into where they were before Iowa and New Hampshire, and the national CNN poll has suggested. A straw ballot at the Pennsylvania state Democratic committee meeting has demonstrated the superior performance of Hillary's campaign once again.
Results:
Hillary 44.9%
Obama 27.5%
Edwards 24.1%

Follow me for the details, and how this signifies...
...not much. But it was fun. It was a fundraising vehicle, not a scientific poll.
From the Pennsylvania Patriot-News website:
But don't read much into the result of the straw poll that was just done for fun and to excite Pennsylvania Democrats about the presidential election.
Unlike Iowa, where the Democratic caucus rules run 70-plus pages, the rules were kind of vague.
For example, voting ended shortly before 11 p.m. when state party executive director Mary Isenhour pulled the plug.
Anybody could vote as long as they bought a ticket to the Pennsylvania Democratic Party's "Dancing with Democrats" fund-raiser event. Each ticket was worth 35 votes.
If that wasn't enough, they could buy extra votes for $1 each.

It's strange how the results mirrored the actual scientific polls results, though. Predictably, as in real elections, there were (light-hearted) allegations of plots and conspiracies by people who didn't like the results:
The process wasn't exactly flawless either.
Like New Hampshire, where the polls going into last week's primary predicted an Obama blowout, early results proved incorrect.
The results were flipped at one point showing Kucinich in a neck-and-neck race with Clinton, and Obama at only 1.8 percent.
That prompted some Democrats to shout, "We want paper ballots."

You are now free to trash the methodology of this poll, and my motives for posting it. Come on, don't be shy. The future of our party is at stake! I've always been curious about how many people actually read diaries before commenting on them.
